每位选手要经过已备演讲、即兴演讲和现场问答三部分考评，分数总计为100分，具体分配如下：

　　已备演讲：30分

　　即兴演讲：40分

　　现场问答：30分

　　以上每部分的具体评判标准如下：

　　1.演讲内容(占40%)：要求紧扣主题，观点鲜明，内容生动，具有创意性，演讲结构清晰，论据充足，逻辑性强；

　　2.语言表达(占40%)：要求用词恰当，发音准确，吐字清晰，语调准确，表达流畅，富有感染力；

　　3.综合印象(占20%)：要求衣着整洁，仪表大方，举止得体，富有表现力，能够灵活运用眼神、表情和身体语言与观众交流。

　　注意事项：

　　1.若参赛选手在规定时间内不能完成演讲，评委在打分时将酌情扣分，最多扣除3分。

　　2.比赛结束后大赛组委会工作人员将计算所有选手得分。评委打分中的最高分和最低分将不被计入每位选手的最后总分。

　　3.为保证赛事公平，评委严禁对外透露选手得分，同时在比赛期间评委不得与参赛选手和指导老师接触。

　　Judging Criteria

　　Each contestant’s score is assigned as follows:

　　1.Prepared speech: 30 points

　　2.Impromptu speech: 40 points

　　3.Question-and-answer session: 30 points

　　Each of above is judged according to the following criteria:

　　1.Speech content (40%): subject selection, supporting material, organization, statement of purpose, coherence, humour

　　2.Language quality (40%): accuracy, clarity, fluency, pitch, pause, emphasis

　　3.General impression (20%): manner, poise, eye contact, facial expression, gestures

　　Points for Attention：

　　1.As many as 3 points can be deducted if a contestant does not finish the speech or answer session within the allotted time.

　　2.Final results will be tallied by the organizing committee staff immediately after the conclusion of the competition. The highest and lowest mark will be eliminated in the final tally.

　　3.Judges should not announce the contestants’ marks. To keep fairness, we remind the judeges to avoid contact with the contestants and their tutors during the competition.
